Returns & Refunds

At Aarka Origins, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help and will do our best to make the process simple and clear.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within 7 days after your order is received.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent back without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

When reaching out, please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ceo.office@aarkaorigins.com
