🚚 Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Standard US Shipping : 

All regular orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (holiday exceptions apply). We often ship items much earlier and strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible.

Special Holiday Shipping Notice 🎁

Please note our adjusted fulfillment schedule for the holiday season:

  • Christmas Delivery Cutoff: The deadline for guaranteed delivery before Christmas was December 10th.

  • Post-Cutoff Orders: All orders placed after December 10th will be processed and shipped commencing January 5, next year.

    Note: Orders placed during this window (December 11th through January 5th) will be fulfilled according to the January 5th timeline and do not adhere to our standard 3-5 business day shipping timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this peak period.

Tracking and Potential Delays

  • Order Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's status and location throughout its journey.

  • External Delays: While we guarantee prompt dispatch, please be aware that packages may occasionally face delays beyond our control, such as those caused by customs inspections or postal service disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment. You may also use our Track Your Order page for updates after your package is in transit.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at ceo.office@aarkaorigins.com with your order number and the corrected address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or once a shipping label has been created. Clear address rules are common on stronger candle-policy pages because they reduce avoidable support disputes.

Delivered, Delayed, or Lost Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier’s operations. Aarka Origins is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, routing issues, peak-volume disruptions, or events outside our control, but we will do our best to help you navigate a shipment issue when possible.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check around your delivery area, with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to guide you through the next steps.

Expedited Shipping

If expedited shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout or explained on the relevant shipping page. If you are ordering for a gift, holiday, or time-sensitive occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow for both processing and transit time

Domestic and International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and internationally to select destinations. For orders shipped outside the U.S., customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply based on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted at checkout.
